Delivery and Return

At Plywood, we strive to ensure that all artworks and products arrive safely and meet your expectations. Below are our policies for delivery, shipping, and returns.

1. Delivery & Shipping

1.1 Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide. However, certain countries may have restrictions due to customs regulations or logistical limitations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us at mielucristian@gmail.com.

1.2 Processing Time

Original Artworks: Ships within 7-14 business days after purchase.
Limited-Edition Prints: Ships within 5-10 business days after printing.
Merchandise (if applicable): Ships within 5-7 business days after order confirmation.

Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional time. The estimated timeframe will be communicated upon order confirmation.

1.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on destination, size, and weight of the item.
The exact shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
International Orders: Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

1.4 Delivery Times

Domestic Orders: 5-10 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: 10-21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of original artwork and limited-edition prints, all sales are final. However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged during shipping.
There was an error in the order (e.g., wrong item received).

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the damaged item
A photo of the packaging
Your order number

Send this information to mielucristian@gmail.com, and we will review your claim.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

Original artworks
Limited-edition prints (unless damaged upon arrival)
Custom or commissioned pieces
Gift cards

2.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
If a replacement is available (e.g., for limited-edition prints), we will offer an exchange instead of a refund.

2.4 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as processing may have already begun.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking number first.
If the shipment appears lost, contact us at mielucristian@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, global shipping disruptions).
